It is every kid's dream to see their drawings come to life, and through a partnership with Volleman's Family Farm and Children's Health℠, one lucky patient is able to live out that dream.

Spirit Halloween 10 for 10 Campaign has raised more than $1 million for Children's Health over the last ten years. Help us bring the total to one million more!

Donations can be made via pinpad in the store, at the gas pump, or balloon icons can be purchased. Over 25 years, CEFCO has cumulatively raised over $7 million for local children’s hospitals.

Join us for a night of Mahjong, a fabulous raffle and more, all while supporting the important work of Children's Health.

Our signature Play Yellow event, Swing Fore Miracles presented by Neighborhood Credit Union, a Topgolf tournament, provides companies a chance to team up and give back.

From October 15 to December 31, customers will have the opportunity to make a donation to Children's Health at the register of their local El Rio Grande. This offer is available for in-store shopping only.
