CEFCO Giveback

Throughout the month of October, donate at your local CEFCO location and all donations will come to Children's Health. Donations can be made via pinpad in the store, at the gas pump, or balloon icons can be purchased.

What is CEFCO?

CEFCO Stores is an independently owned chain of convenience stores based in Temple, TX. CEFCO operates 190 stores in six states (Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida). CEFCO continues to grow by building new stores, exploring acquisition opportunities, and, most importantly, upholding the values of hard work, dedication to customers, and respected corporate citizenship engrained in the company by its founder, Clarence Edison Fikes – for whom CEFCO is named. In 1952, Fikes opened a single Texaco filling station in his small, rural hometown of Cameron, Texas. Fikes Wholesale Inc. is the parent company of the CEFCO Convenience Stores chain.

What is the CEFCO Giveback?

CEFCO began its partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals in 1999 with balloon icon sales totaling $700. In the years that have followed, CEFCO has cumulatively raised over $7 million for local children’s hospitals.
