58th Annual Family Night at Six Flags Over Texas

An incredible private night at the park | April 10, 2026

Family Night at Six Flags, hosted by the Women’s Auxiliary to Children’s Medical Center Dallas, is your chance to experience Six Flags Over Texas like never before — exclusively for event attendees.

From heart-pounding rides to classic favorites, all rides will be open for Family Night guests only. VIP park access begins at 4:30 p.m., with general admission starting at 6:30 p.m. And when it’s time to refuel, you’ll find plenty of fan-favorite food options like turkey legs, chicken tenders, burgers, Dippin’ Dots and more.

How does Family Night at Six Flags make an incredible difference?

For more than 110 years, Children’s Health has been making life better for children – and for more than 60 years, the Women’s Auxiliary has helped make that mission possible. Since 1962, these dedicated women have served as ambassadors, volunteers and fundraisers and have contributed more than $30 million to support patients and families.

Family Night at Six Flags is one of the Auxiliary’s longest-running and most beloved traditions, bringing our community together for an unforgettable night in support of Children’s Health.

Last year, Family Night raised more than $655,000, supporting patients like Grace Egan, our honorary patient. These funds help support programs that create incredible moments in care, including art therapy, Child Life programs and clinical research.

The Women's Auxiliary to Children's Medical Center

The Women’s Auxiliary to Children’s Medical Center was formed in 1962 by combining the auxiliaries from Bradford Memorial Hospital for Babies, Children’s Hospital of Texas and Richmond Freeman Memorial Clinic. In the very early days, Auxiliary volunteers assisted hospital staff in all aspects of running the hospital, from helping with admitting patients and running samples to the lab, to assisting physicians.

As Children’s Medical Center grew, so did the unwavering support of the Women’s Auxiliary. Today, two strong Auxiliary chapters support Children's Health mission to make life better for children at the Dallas and Plano campuses. To continue its tradition and rich history of service, the Auxiliary carries out this mission by raising funds for hospital priorities, offering uplifting activities for patient families, providing support and recognition to hospital staff, and raising awareness of Children's Health in the community.

The Women's Auxiliary celebrates over 60 years of service and nearly 1,000 members dedicated to serving the patients and families treated at Children's. Since its inception, the Auxiliary has contributed nearly $30 million to Children’s Health.
