Share the love with our patients, families, and caregivers with a Valentine’s Day card!

Being in the hospital can make children feel lonely, especially when it means they can’t join in their favorite holiday traditions. That’s why we’re encouraging you to send a special Valentine’s Day message with an e-card. Let’s show every child at Children’s Health℠ — and their families and caregivers — that we care! Your kind words and bright Valentine’s cards will help everyone in our hospitals feel the love.

Tips for sending valentines to Children’s Health:

  • We recommend not saying “get well soon” or “I hope you feel better.”
  • Children’s Health serves children of all faiths and backgrounds.
  • Due to volume, we can’t deliver valentines to individual children.
  • Please submit no more than three cards - we will not be sending cards to individual children, but instead be displaying them in our hospitals for everyone to see.
  • Please don’t include your full name, email address, phone number or other personal information in your note.

1. Choose your Card

Girl with message Valentine You Are So Brave

2. Personalize your message

3. Sign your card

We’ll only show your first name and last initial on your card. When you provide your email address, we’ll keep you up to date with news and stories from Children’s Health. You can opt out at any time.

How Patients at Children's Health Receive Your Valentine’s Day Cards

Each children's hospital valentines card that is submitted is reviewed, then added onto our digital carousel, which is displayed for the week of Valentine's Day at both Children's Medical Center Dallas and Children's Medical Center Plano. We also will be streaming a carousel of hospital valentines on the Red Balloon Network, which is an exclusive channel available in each patient's room. Your valentine will have a positive impact on our patients and bring joy to the hospital. Thank you for supporting patients at Children's Health!
