Grateful Patient Families Program

After families have an experience with Children’s Health, they often search for ways to stay connected to the mission, share their story and express gratitude for the care received. The Grateful Families Program provides an ongoing opportunity for families to engage with Children’s Health in meaningful ways.

As a not-for-profit health system, we look forward to engaging advocates like you to raise awareness and funds for Children's Health.

  • Celebrate

Attend special events to enjoy family-friendly fun and learn more about our mission and the work of our exceptional caregivers. Upcoming virtual events include a New Year's Eve firework spectacular, Dinner with the Doctors, Clinician Spotlights and so much more.

  • Advocate

As a patient family, sharing your experience at Children’s Health makes an impact in the lives of others. You can share your story at special events and/or for use in Children's Health communications and advertising campaigns. If you’d like to share your story, please give five minutes to fill out this form.

  • Donate

Children’s Health is a not-for-profit health system and we rely on tax-deductible donations to provide lifesaving research and medical treatments, state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, and important programs. Our fundraising programs provide an opportunity for you to make a donation to honor a caregiver who provided extraordinary care during your experience with Children’s Health.

There are many ways for you and your family to get involved with the mission Children’s Health - making life better for children. If you’d like to learn more about the program or stay up to date on special events and announcements, let us know.
