When you choose Children’s Health, you choose to make a significant difference in the world. Your advocacy, engagement and support allow us to provide enhanced clinical care and breakthrough discoveries, making life better for children across our local community – and far beyond. You affirm that helping even one child creates ripples that reach many.
Isabella Day, a 7-year-old oncology patient at Children’s Health, says donations help children like her and more help is needed.
“It’s important to give money to Children’s because there’s lots of grown up medicine and not that much kid medicine,” she said. “The special thing about Children’s is all the nurses are nice to all the kids in the hospital, and it’s not scary at all.”
It’s important to choose Children’s because the hospital helps children and families who don’t have a choice; they did not choose disease, injury, devastating diagnoses and difficult treatments.
“We never dreamed it would be us,” Isabella’s father, Tim Day, said. “We’re in this battle, but every day there are new families that are going through this battle.”
We invite you, your friends and your family to discover new and exciting ways to join in the battle with the Day family and so many others at Children’s Health. Get involved with one of our upcoming educational and fundraising events, and show everyone that you choose Children’s.
