Because we are an organization committed to making life better for children, we are canceling the Children's Medical Center Holiday Parade for the first time in its 26-year history due to impending weather conditions.
We do not want to put the health and well-being of the people we serve at risk -- including our patients, our volunteers, participants, sponsors and attendees.

For 26 consecutive years, the Children's Medical Center Holiday Parade has kicked off the holidays in Dallas, and we hope to do the same this year. We have never had to cancel or postpone the event. As always, we work closely with the City of Dallas and its public safety officers to ensure the safety of all participants and attendees.
As Parade-day draws closer, please check our website, Facebook and Twitter for updates regarding weather-related information. You can also tune into our media partners – WFAA TV and 98.7 KLUV FM as well as 1080 KRLD AM.
